Terms and Conditions

• Photographs remain the property of Little Monsters Photography and are not authorised to be copied or used commercially with out proir permission.
• Little Monsters Photography reserves all copyright for photographs and may use them for website, marketing or promotional work..
• Complaints or Claims must be recieved with in 28 days of purchase.
• If purchasing a frame claims or complaints must be received with 72 hours of receipt of goods. No refund will be give on frames after this time.
• If Purchasing a CD please note that you will only receive the photographs that are on your proof card.
• All photographs deemed not fit to print are destroyed immediately and not kept on file.
• Photographs remain on file for up to 12 months then destroyed following strict guidelines under the data protection act 1998.
• Commission will paid when all orders are processed and returned to the Nursery. Commission is usually paid by cheque.
• Commission rate for Nurseries as of January 2009 will be at the rate of 15%. This is non negotiable.
• Payment is via cheque or cash only.
• Customers whose cheques bounce will incur a £5.00 charge for administration purposes.
• Any late orders will not be included in commission.
